To Whom It May Concern:
My office reviewed a Report of Augercast Pier Installation Monitoring by Nutting
Engineers of Florida Inc. dated April 14, 2017 which denoted the installation of (10)
augercast pool pier piles rated at a capacity of 30 tons allowable load. The stated
capacity meets or exceeds the minimum 15 ton capacity required for the pool at the above
referenced project.
Based on review of the report and related experience, it is my conclusion that, to the best
of my professional understanding and belief, the pile capacities meet my design criteria
for load bearing.
