We have reviewed the requested dimension change for the B-1 beam at the west side, loft level, over opening
#010. The beam can be 8” x10½” with (2) #6 top and bottom, #3 stirrups @ 4” on center. It is also acceptable
that this beam extends the entire, approximately 22’-6”, width of masonry wall at the west side loft level.
