Your Request for Architectural Change for 8217 CAPER LANE has been approved. Specifically, you have
approval to proceed with the following:
Replace Carport, same as before with 3 x 3 posts, 2 x 6 Beam, insulated roof, gutter, fascia &
downspouts. Please provide your contractor's license, insurance declarations, and any permits
required.
We reserve the right to make a final inspection of the change to make sure it matches the .request you
submitted for approval. Please follow the plan you submitted or submit an additional request form if you cannot
follow the original plan.
Please be reminded that by the terms of your application, you agreed that should your request not be
completed as approved, this approval can be revoked and the modification will be required to be removed by
you and at your expense. You are responsible for contacting the appropriate Utility Companies before any
digging commences. You are responsible for and repair costs to any damage done to the relevant common
area. You will comply with the State, County or City building codes and to obtain all necessary permits and
abide by the decision of the Architectural Control Committee or the Board of Directors. If your modification is
not approved or does not comply, you may be subject to all costs and attorneys fees born by the SCHOA if
legal action is required; and that this approval is valid for no more that 180 days from the date hereof.
