THIS SYSTEM HAS BEEN DESIGNED AND SHALL BE FABRICATED INACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODESIXTH & SEVENTH EDITION (2017 & 2020).2. POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE DESIGN PRESSURES CALCULATED FOR USE WITH THISSYSTEM SHALL BE DETERMINED BY OTHERS ON A JOB-SPECIFIC BASIS INACCORDANCE WITH THE GOVERNING CODE.3. MAXIMUM DIMENSIONS AND WEIGHT OF CONCRETE PAD AND GENERATORUNIT SHALL CONFORM TO SPECIFICATIONS STATED ±1/2" TOLERANCE.4. THE AREA UNDER THE CONCRETE SLAB ON GROUND SHALL HAVE ALLVEGETATION, STUMPS, ROOTS, AND FOREIGN MATERIALS REMOVED PRIOR TOINSTALLATION ON COMPACTED SOIL AS VERIFIED BY OTHERS. THESECONCRETE PADS HAVE BEEN DESIGNED FOR A MINIMUM BEARING CAPACITYOF 2,000 PSF AND MINIMUM SUBGRADE MODULUS = 100 PCI. SHOULDEROTHERS CONDITIONS OR MATERIALS BE ENCOUNTERED, THE ENGINEER OFRECORD SHALL BE NOTIFIED PRIOR TO PROCEEDING WITH THE WORK.5. SLIDING IS ASSUMED RESISTED BY 2" EMBEDMENT OF PAD IN GROUND ALONGWITH RESISTANCE FROM CONNECTED CABLING, NOMINAL SLIDING IS NOTASSUMED A FAILURE CASE IN THIS DESIGN.6. CONCRETE PADS WEIGHT CALCULATED PER STANDARD WEIGHT CONCRETE(150 PCF)7. MIN. REQUIRED WEIGHT LISTED. REFER TO MANUFACTUERS SPECS FORSPECIFIC MODEL WEIGHT8. CONCRETE MIN.
