1 The survey map and report or the copies thereof are not valid without the original signature and
unless sealed with an embossed Surveyor's Seal a Florida licensed surveyor and mapper.
3 The last field date of this Survey was: 3.7.13, Form Board 6.20.13, 12.17.13 Post Construction,
8.6.21 NAVD Elevations only.
4 This Survey was prepared using the Plat of Record only. No other documents were provided and
no search of the public records was performed by this office.
5 The Survey shown meets the standards of the practice of surveying and mapping set forth in
Florida Administrative Code 5,1- 17, pursuant to chapter 472 of the Florida Statutes.
6 By acceptance of this survey all parties agree that the signing surveyor's liability is limited to the
amount paid for said Survey.
7 Unless other wise noted all bearing and distances are in accordance with the record plat and have
been verified by field measurements. See map for bearing base.
8 Parcel/Lot line locations have been based on found survey control along the center line and/or
right of way line of Bamboo Dr. and Cassia Dr..

the Site Bench mark shown on the Site Plan prepared by this office on January 17th 2013. being a Found PK
Nail with Disk (Culpepper & Terpening) at the Elevation of 16.25. All Elevations shown were referenced to this
Bench Mark and were established in accordance to the accuracy consisting with the requirement set forth in the
standards for the practice of Surveying and Mapping as noted hereon.
15 The field survey performed in 2013 generated a closed geometric figure exceeding a horizontal
closure of 1: 10, 000.

This Survey was prepared on December 20, 2013 with it's last
date of field acquisition of data on 12.16.2013. The purpose of
the revision to the Survey on 8.29.2021 is to show Elevations
near a proposed pool. Furthermore the purpose includes to show
the Elevations located in the field on 6.18.2021 and the proposed
pool layout relative to the 2013 Boundary. I hereby certify to the
best of my knowledge and belief this is a true, accurate and
complete depiction of a field survey performed under my direction
and I further certify that this survey was prepared in accordance
to the practice of surveying and mapping set forth in Florida
Administrative Code 5j- 17, pursuant to Chapter 472 of the Florida
