1202 Concrete was chipped to expose rusted rebars. The contractor shall clean
rusted rebars using a wire brush, coat with an anti-corrosive coating (Armatec
110 or equal), and saw cut all edges.

701 Rebars were cleaned using a wire brush, treated with an anti-corrosive
coating (Armatec 110 or equal) and concrete edges were saw cut. Observed
work was found to be acceptable and ready for forming and pouring concrete
(Sika 211).
