Ocean drive,Jensen Beach,FL 34957 Permit No.: SLC 2103-0427 Mathers Engineering Corporation visited the job site and made the following observations of the ongoing concrete restoration and repairs of exterior walkways: Site Observations 07/20/2021 thru 09/30/2021: North Side Walkways: • Concrete restoration completed. • Guardrails re-installed. • Deck coating not yet installed. Ocean drive,Jensen Beach,FL 34957 Permit No.: SLC 2103-0427 Mathers Engineering Corporation visited the job site and made the following observations of the ongoing concrete restoration and repairs of exterior walkways: Site Observations 05/27/2021 thru 07/19/2021: North Side of Building: • 2"d floor thru 7th floor concrete walkway edges have been chipped back 12". 9 3Td, 5th & 7th floor edges have been repoured with new"ChromX" rebars installed. e 2nd, 4th& 6th floor edges will be repoured with new" ChromX"rebars installed later this week.
