We hereby submit specifications and estimates for:
The installation of twenty-two (22) Hot Dipped Galvanized Helical Pilings.
Our work will include the following:
! Mobilization of machinery, equipment, and personnel to jobsite location.
! Supply off loading and material handling equipment.
! Supply and install twenty-two (22) hot dipped galvanized helical anchors with a two blade helix configuration
of 12”/14”to a maximum depth of twenty-eight feet (28’) below finish grade.
! Supply and install twenty-two (22) 8”x8”x 1/2” Helical Piling Plate Caps.
! Each pile will be installed to 5,600 foot pounds of torque to reach the required load rating of 25 Ton Ultimate
Capacity as per plans designed by Don J. Nuelle dated 11/12/20.
! Provide Sealed Engineered Helical Pile Observation Report to the engineer of record for review.
Note:
! Site to be graded/ excavated to an elevation of plus/ minus 3” from top of Helical Piling termination elevation.
! Any additional helical piling material needed to achieve the required working loads will be billed at a rate of
$145.00 per each seven-foot (7’) extension. Initial Acknowledgement
Exclusions: Any additional helical piling material needed to achieve the minimum required loads, permit fees, plans, termite treatment,
density tests, walkway/ driveway repairs, demolition, construction, site prep, pile lay out, dumpsters, utility disconnects/ reconnects, and
surveys.

Draw 1-$12,890.00-Due Upon Acceptance
Draw 2-$8,000.00-Due Upon Completion
Twenty Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety Dollars and 00/100
TOTAL DOLLAR AMOUNT OF THE ABOVE SPECIFIED WORK $20,890.00
We propose to hereby furnish material and labor-complete in accordance with the above specifications. All material is guaranteed to be as specified.
All work to be completed in a workman like manner according to standard practices. Any alterations or deviations from the above specifications
involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become and extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements
contingent upon strikes, accidents, acts of God, or other delays beyond our control. Owner to carry fire, wind damage and other necessary insurance.
ACCEPTANCE OF PROPOSAL
The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. This Proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted
within (30) thirty days of the above submittal date. Upon acceptance of this proposal, you are authorizing us to do the work as specified above. We
will return an authorized, signed copy of this proposal to you upon your returned acceptance of this proposal to Brownie Companies, LLC. Payment is
expected after Service is Completed, unless prior arrangements have been made (subject to Management approval).
