I, Sandra Puerta, Licensed Architect AR95385 for 13406 Harbour Ridge Blvd, Palm City
Fl, am writing this letter to clarify the following:
1. The sliding door going out to the enclosed terrace is not there in this particular
unit. The enclosed terrace is actually part of the unit and was the original
layout. However, there is a sliding door exiting the terrace area to outside of
the structure.
This layout was existing and in accordance with the 2020 Florida building code
and any local code and amendments.
