I am the builder and agent representing Mrs, Dianne Davant on project located at3327
Perimeter Rd in St :Lucie County permit # 1309-0097.
Mr. Satterlee , I have turned in application and necessary documents for permitting a build out of
two existing buildings and one new structure all
to be connected together and In very close proximity to existing main residence. The main
residence and two existing structures will not meet the requirements
of 7.04.01 C. paragraph c. This new structure we would like to build at same finish floor
elevation as main house to tie buildings together and alleviate the need
for stairs , Mrs. Davant's 90 year old mother will be living with her in this new guest suite and
she is trying to stop any chances of her tripping as she has had this problem
in the past. The property and adjoining residences are all at this same level with the road and
the land slowly slopes way down to the water and the construction we are
proposing is not in a flood zone. Therefore I request a variance from your department from the
requirement 7.04.01.
