Dear Mr. Murphy
Enclosed please find fifteen (15) copies of the revised Sheets #8 and 14 of 14 of the Tropical Isle P.U.D.,
one (1) copy of the County's application for Minor Adjustment and two (2) check totaling $675.00 to cover
the application fee. Plan submitted in accordance with a request for minor adjustment to the P.U.D. Plan to
modify the building setback requirements within the P.U.D.
In conjunction with the Building Departments interpretation of the current codes regarding access to the
homes, the major change is an altering of the side setbacks to a minimum of twelve (12) feet. This side
setback request is in accordance with the minimum side setbacks established within the St. Lucie County,
Fort Pierce Fire District, Fire Prevention Code, and Resolution#331.
Additionally, we hereby request modification to the side setback on corner lots to 15 feet from the previous
established 20-ft. And finally, we request a rear setback modification from 15 feet previously established to
13 feet. These revisions are additionally based upon the current market non -availability of 26-ft. wide
manufactured homes.

MAJOR ADJUSTMENT TO MINOR SITE PLANS
Any other adjustment, including the cumulative effects of separate minor
adjustments made since July 1, 1984, to an approved minor site plan shall
require approval by the Community Development Director of a new Minor
Site Plan.
MINOR ADJUSTMENT TO MAJOR SITE PLANS
I. Increasing any dimension of any one structure by not more than 25
percent; or
2. Altering the location of any one structure or group of structures
by not more than 100 feet; or
3. Altering the.net density of any one stage or phase by not more than
10 percent; or
4. Altering the location of any circulation element by not more than
50 feet. Relocation of any circulation element by more than 50 feet
will be considered a major adjustment unless the relocation results
in a reduction in.impervious surface area; or
5. Altering the location of any open space by not more than 50 feet;
or
6. Reducing the total amount of open space by not more than 5 percent
or reducing the yard area or open space associated with any single
structure by not more than 5 percent; or
7.- Altering the location, type, or quality of landscaping elements.
