flood opening, it will be required to remain "open" with no mechanical devices to gain

proposed peel n stick underlayment per FBC 107.2 submit the corresponding
product approval, in duplicate with installation instructions, Approved by the designer
of record highlighting all componets and clading in accordance with 553.842 of the
Florida Statutes
