addresses) on our records. Once added to our records, we will enter your -application for service
using the Information you faxed to us.
ELECTRICAL INSPECTION f CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY REQUIRED
Please advise your electrician or building contractor that we have not received the certiecate of
occupancy (C/o). Once received, we normally connect the service within 1 to 3 working days,
providing your bullder, electrician and FPL have completed all the necessary work If you do not
have electricity when you arrive, please make sure your circuit breakers are In the on position before
you contact us.
