4. G.P.S. SURVEY MEASUREMENTS WERE PROCESSED AND ADJUSTED USING
CARLSON SURVEY 2008 AND A CARLSON SURVEY + DATA COLLECTOR.
5. THE HORIZONTAL TARGET ACCURACY FOR THIS SURVEY IS AS FOLLOWS:
