Hello Ronnie,
To confirm what we discussed this morning. We will release the permit. At time of pick up you will need to bring in:
- Recorded NOC
- Original sub agreements for Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical and a sub summary sheet.
- Permit fee $ 288.24.
- You will sign off on the proposed FFE on a copy of the survey which will be in permit package.
The proposed finished floor elevation will be set at a minimum of 101.5 feet. You will need to submit a final survey
before the final inspection. The final survey needs to show the actual finished floor elevation of the MH and also the
current flood zone information from FEMA.

We have a permit in for a replacement MH for above property for agricultural use. The property is at an unpaved road.
