Mediation is not available as an alternative remedy.

shows less than a 5' setback from the building foundations.
we are able to move up to 5' more from building foundation and still be clear of all setbacks
Please also have the surveyor indicate that there are no wells or conflicts within 75' of the west side of the system. I'm
not sure if the surveyor means that just the circle he drew is clear of all waterlines and wells, or if the entire area is clear
of wells and waterlines.
