On a prior job we did at 5032 Watersong Way I was told our 1000 gal underground propane tank had to be tied to a 12" thick concrete slab beneath it with stainless strapping. The thought was to prevent it from becoming buoyant in a flood 'situation.. We also had to submit engineered drawings showing_this.in our propane permit app. Is this all still required? Q� 2. On the ground floor level and at 8'-0" NAVD (FEMA height) is there a limit on the amount of A/C square footage in the storage and other non -habitable spaces at that level? 3. Can exterior equipment such as AC condensers and generators now be placed on pads set on a grade raised to 8'NAVD? Is there any way you can note that for us as notation before we go any further. We haven't picked out precast company yet All of the other items I can take care of this week.
