R.'i:1.- ill The Association has reviewed the revised site plan submitted September 1, 2016 for construction on Lot 1303. The site plan complies with the required setbacks, and meets Nettles Inland, Inc., two vehicle parking space requirement, therefore we have no objections. Each parking space must be fully paved with concrete, pavers or black top. Any modifications that affect the foot print of the home must be resubmitted to Nettles Island for approval. Please adhere to the enclosed Nettles Island Procedures Governing Contractor and Building Activity on Nettles Island. Please provide us with a copy of the permit before proceeding with construction or demolition. This approval is conditioned upon the fact that you will remove the concrete from the rear five foot easement, as this is an easement for utilities and should not be permanently covered, other than as permitted by the Amended and Restated Declaration of Condominium of Nettles Island.
