This Indenture, Made this I Oth day of September, 2021 A.D., Between Reynaldo Ros and Yamilet
Chelala-Ros, husband and wife, of the County of Saint Lucie, State of Florida, grantors, and Dirt Don't Hurt,
LLC, a Arkansas limited liabilty company, whose address is: 6642 S. Caraway Rd., Jonesboro, AR 72404 of the
County of Craighead, State of Arkansas, grantee.
Witnesseth that the GRANTORS for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10) DOLLARS, and
other good and valuable consideration to GRANTORS in hand paid by GRANTEE, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, have granted, bargained and sold to the said GRANTEE and GRANTEE'S heirs, successors and
assigns forever, the following described land, situate, lying and being in the County of Saint Lucie, State of Florida
to wit:

SUBJECT TO:

4. Public utility easements of record, if any.
and the grantors do hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and will defend the salve against lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever.
