I am transmitting herewith for your permanent files,
a carbon copy of the origlIl&1 partition deed between Clark
H. Abbott, James MoConville, et \lX, and Daniel McConville,
et ux.
You wiLl note that this copy specifically designates
that "the S fifteen and one-half (l~.~O) acres of the wi
of Sectio~" was conveyed to Daniel McConville and it does
not appear from the enclosed that any alteration has been
made 8S to said section number.
The instrument referred to has been recorded in Deed
Book 4~, at page 282.
