Our office has attempted to contact and arrange fora final plumbing inspection at 10061 Perfect
Drive, we have a phone number of 772 985-4737 provided at time of installation which we have left
several messages and have had no response. One Certified letterwas sentwhich we never receivedthe
signed green card back. The homeowner has still not attempted to reach us.
We are requesting notto be held responsible forthe inactive permit and attempt to contact the
homeowner.
Please ref erto the enclosed copy of the correspondence withthe homeowner.
