(from front to back) from the road to the house and not diagonally across the lot as previously depicted, in order for the parking spaces to be reasonably achievable. Consequently, the attached site plan is approved by the Architectural Committee, which includes the enclosure of your covered car port area. Please submit the St. Lucie County Building permit to the condo office upon receipt and sealed engineered drawings. Also, please pave the portion of the plant bed for parking, as indicated on the attached survey in order to comply within 10 days of this letter.
