Re: Lot 687 Construction Plans
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Boven,
The review of your plans for Lot ## 687 is complete. The site plan complies with the required
setbacks and meets Nettles Island, Inc., two vehicle parking space requirements. We have no
other objections provided you modify the left rear comer of the unit to meet the 5' rear setback,
as evidenced on the 1/24/17 site survey.
Any further modifications that affect the foot print of the home must be resubmitted to the
Nettles Island for approval. Please adhere to the enclosed Nettles Island Procedures Governing
Contractor and Building Activity on Nettles Island. Please provide us with a copy of the permit
before proceeding with construction or demolition.
Upon completion, please send a copy of your final survey for our files.
