known as Creekside in Saint Lucie County and
subsequently developed as the owner 129 lots known as
Creekside Plat No. 4. As the developer and owner of
these lots we are requesting to assign our road impact
fee credit to lot 63 at 9209 Potomac Dr . In the amount
of $2,616.
