less, as the same is designated on the last general plat pf the Indian River Farms Company,
filed in the offioe of the Clerk of the Cirouit Court ot the County of st. ~uoie, State of
Plorida; the same being subjeot, howeyer, to a oertain mortgage.1m.ebt$dnes~ln favor of
the Federal Land Compan1 of COlumbia, S. C" and which secures an indebtedness, the prinoiP4l
of whioh amounts at this data to the sum of $1,200.00, all aoorued interest thereon having
been paid.

The grantee assumes the payment of the mortgage indebtedneds seourad by the two

And the said parties of the first part do hereby fully warrant the title to sald land,
