by his wife Adeline Mor~ of the County of Dade, in the State of Plorida, parties of the
first part, and John W. Edwards of the County of Dade, in the State of fiorida, ~rty of

ALSO, Tract One Thousand Three Hundred and Forty-two (1342) To"nahip Thirtyone
(31) South Range Thirty seven (37) East, oontaining 9.84 aores, more or less.
And the said parties of the first part does hereby fully warrant the title to said land.
