This letter is written to provide certification that I, as a Professional Engineer, have been retained to establish
compliance with the 2014 Florida Building Code (5t' Edition) & the St. Lucie County codes and regulations
pertaining to the modifications at the residence listed above. Based on this firm's site inspection and analysis, it has
been determined that the modifications have been done in accordance with the approved, permitted plans and
specifications. The following inspection have been certified and performed by either this firm and/or a State Certified
Contractor (per the attached affidavits):
1. Code 141 (Insulation): Insulation is completed and installed per 2014 FBC and HVAC Contractor's
Affidavit.
2. Code 650 (Frame -All): Framing is completed and installed per the 2014 FBC.
3. Code 280 (Electrical Final): Electrical installation is completed and installed per the 2014 FBC and
Electrical Contractor's Affidavit.
4. Code 380 (Mechanical Final): Mechanical installation is sufficient per the 2014 FBC and the HVAC
Contractor's Affidavit.
5. Code 408 (Plumbing): No plumbing changes were made (N/A).
6. Code 999 (Final): Per the attached Contractor Affidavit's and this firm's inspection, the modifications are
complete and final per local and State requirements.
No other certifications are expressed or implied.
The engineering services addressed therein have been performed and based upon my professional engineering
knowledge, technical documentation, information and belief, and in accordance with commonly accepted procedures
consistent with applicable standards of practice, and is not a guaranty or warranty, either expressed or implied. Should

All mechanical duct work at 8001 Sebastian Road is done to 2014 Florida Building Code. Internal
and external unit is sufficient for extra square footage of home. Mechanical inspection for
St. Lucie County Permit # 1709-0146 is certified by our company.
