Please be advised of the following regarding this project:
To the best of my knowledge and belief, the above-described construction of all structural load-bearing
components complies with the permitted documents, and the shoring and reshoring conforms to the
shoring and reshoring plans submitted to the enforcement agency.
Threshold Inspections for the above referenced project were performed from December 8, 2021 through
March 16, 2022. Copies of all field reports were distributed to the Client, Engineer of Record,
Contractor, and to the St. Lucie County Building Department.
