This letter is serving as notification to the building department from Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling that the
homeowner Tatiana Michalenko property owner has fired us from being her contractor, so we are not able to move
forward with any other work at her home.
This is a portion of the email notification from the homeowner from 2/25/22: I no longer want to continue business with
you or Paul Davis Restoration. As per conversation an hour ago, Paul Davis Restoration no longer represents my
property in any way. Please close out all open permits that you have with St Lucie County building department - the
demo permit and the electric permit that was pulled improperly. As of now please do not enter my property located at
2504 Tamarind Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida 34949.
We have not entered the property or finished the demo per the Homeowner’s instructions above.
We did order a final inspection of the property to close it out which has failed due to the demo not being fully
completed. After speaking with the building department, we were instructed to advise the homeowner that she would
have to make a change of contractor on the existing permit because work has already been started on this permit.
