See the attached letter to be attached to the permit file. I have also sent the below info to the homeowner via email with an attachment of the Change of Contractor form needed to close out our permit. Email Sent: We have left a message for the inspector that went out to close the permit as he failed the inspection because all fire mitigation is not completed. I have called the building department today as well to follow up. I was informed that since the work has been started on this permit you as the owner will have to fill out the attached Change of Contractor Form and you will only be able to select option 1 Change of Contractor in order to get this permit out of PDR name and into who you are going to use to proceed with the work as work as already started. They did advise there was a note on the permit that this info was given to you when the inspection completed was onsite. Please let me know if you need anything further on our end.
