Olneya Restoration Group will provide all necessary materials and labor to perform the following work in accordance with
Florida Building Codes, Local Codes, OSHA and standard building practices:
Roof Replacement with GAF Dimensional shingles or 5v:
1. Remove entire 9sq of existing roof shingles system.
2. Re -nail roof deck to meet current code.
3. Install new synthetic underlayment.
4. Install new starter.
5. Install new valley metal.
6. Install all nem flashnngs, boots and jacks.
7, Install new GAF Timberline Dimensional Shingle or 5v galvalume metal roof system.
S. Install new box vents.
9. Includes replacing up to 3 sheets of decking.
10. Install new granulated peel and stick over flat deck roof area.
11. Includes disposal of all debris, necessary permitting and completing all required inspections.
12. Includes 2-year workmanship and all manufacturers warranties.
