Section 553.80(1)(d), FS specifically exempts'state approved mdInufactuted-(modular), buildings bearing
the DCA insignia rrornfibri.her'plan review; by local -code enforcing:aggricies. Rule 9131-4, FAC; and the
Florida Building !Code (FBQ do not,require ofigi . nal,signed and sealed plans for, manufactured (modular)
buildings to be submitted to local jurisdictions to obtain 'a building permit. The insignia issue'd,by this
