WINDOWS, DOORS, SLIDERS REPLACEMENT
All New Windows, Sliders, & French Doors will be PGTlmpact Winguard — Aluminum — White Frame
Legend:
#1 Garage - Install new fixed PGT window in existing opening
#2 Den/Bedroom — Install new Single Hung PGT window in existing opening, remove eyebrow detail
over existing window and cover with hardiboard to match existing siding.
#3 Bedroom 2 - Install new Single Hung PGT window in existing opening, remove eyebrow detail over
existing window and cover with hardiboard to match existing siding.
#4 Bedroom 2 - Install new Single Hung PGT window in existing opening, remove eyebrow detail over
existing window and cover with hardiboard to match existing siding.
#5 Bedroom 2 — Remove existing Double Slider, replace with Single PGT French Door opening to
Screened Porch, extra opening from Double Sliders will be covered over with hardiboard to match
existing siding.
#6 Living Room / Screened Porch — Replace existing Sliders with PGT Sliders — same opening to be
used.
#7 Living Room — Install new Single Hung PGT window in existing opening.
#8 Kitchen/Breakfast — Remove existing Double Slider, Replace with 2 Single Hung PGT windows (aka:
2 pack) — remainder of opening to be covered with hardboard to match existing siding.
#9 Breakfast - Install new Single Hung PGT window in existing opening.
#10 Master Bedroom - Remove existing Double Sliders, replace with Double PGT French Doors opening
to Pool Area.
#11 Master Bedroom - Install new Single Hung PGT window in existing opening, remove eyebrow detail
over existing window and cover with hardiboard to match existing siding.
#12 & #13
Master Bath — Install 2 new Fixed Arch PGT Windows to match existing windows/openings. These
windows will have the eyebrow (arch) detail that exists today.
#14 Dining Room — Install 2 new Single Hung PGT Windows in existing opening.
#15 Covered Entry — Remove Arch (eyebrow) Window above Front Doors — close opening with
hardiboard to match existing siding.
