required setbacks, and meets Nettles Island, Inc. two vehicle parking space requirements,
we have no objections.
Any modifications that affect the foot print of the home must be resubmitted to Nettles
Island for approval. Please adhere to the enclosed Nettles Island Procedures Governing
Contractor and Building Activity on Nettles Island. Please provide us with a copy of the
permit before proceeding with construction or demolition.
Upon completion, please send a copy of your final survey for our files.
