When did he turn those plans in?
No, those void stamps were not applied in error.
That site plan was voided because he wanted to move the septic area from the NE corner of the lot to the SW corner of
the lot. We issued our permit with those original plan, but the applicant has since paid our revision fees and submitted a
new site plan. I went back out to perform another site eval for the new location and then reissued the permit for the
new septic location.
I'm not sure why he would give those to you ... he should have new ones that I stamped for him earlier this week, unless
he's trying to expedite the process? It did take me a couple weeks to get back up there for the new site eval. Were still
working on new permits applied for in Feb.
