This letter is to inform you as threshold building special inspector, John Breitenbach PE 59770, SI
#2072 will be performing Threshold building services for the proposed Concrete Wall Opening as
outlined in the Plans and Specifications of M.A. Corson & Associates, dated 03/15118.
I will be sending you copies of the final inspection summary report/or final completion certification
letter when the project is completed. The following is the inspection plan (generalized & short):
1. Inspection (after the fact) based upon review of existing progress photos during demolition.
2. Final inspection upon completion (based upon finished completed opening).
