Please be advised that I performed an onsite inspection on March 22, 2022 for after the fact
roof permit and hereby certify the following inspections and work was completed is in
accordance with the 2014 Florida Building Code.
1. Roof Sheathing nailing (8d nails at 6" o.c. thru out)
2. Dry -in (30# felt with 3 rows of tin tabs at 6" o.c.)
3. Final (Architectural Dimensional shingles with 6 nails per shingle)
Method of inspection was having a licensed roofer remove a section shingles, to view nailing,
see dry -in attachment, then remove a section of felt to see roof sheathing nailing. Upon
completion of the inspection the roofer reinstalled the felt, and shingles.
