We propose to furnish materials and labor to install 10 PGT Wmguard white vinyl framed single hung windows
with gray laminated insulated impact glass, one white fiberglass impact hinged door with one single hung
window in half of the door with gray impact glass. Stainless steel hinges, door prepped for handle and deadbolt.
Handle hardware not included. Screens included for all the windows..
$11,862.00 If paying by check or cash. $12,218.00 if paying by card
Prices include all materials, labor and tax. Permit not included. To order, please sign one copy and return to us
with your deposit of 50%. Deposits are not refundable; balance due upon completion of job.
Please read over carefully before signing, *The signed proposal becomes your contract.*
We are not responsible for the removal of blinds or any windows treatments as well as for rehanging them.
INCLUDED: Removal and disposal of old windows and doors. Initial cleaning of windows after installation is complete.
NOT INCLUDED: Though our crew will take every effort to avoid damage to surrounding surfaces during removal and installation,
Window Sales & Service of Vero will not be responsible for any damage that may occur to the existing interior or exterior window trim,
sills, flooring, stucco, drywall, interior or exterior painting or because of rotten wood. These are not included in this contract.
If new exterior window trim needs to be replaced for any reason, it will be at an additional cost.
NOTE: One year warranty on labor and materials except for the warranties, windows and doors from the manufactures.
