To whom it may concern:
Please be advised that I personally inspected floor framing and ledgers on the above on
December 2,2021.
Floor joists were attached to interior beams with Simpson LUS 210 hangers rather than
sitting on the interior beams.
I found the floor joists attached to ledger with Simpson LUS 210 joist hangers. The ledger was
attached to masonry walls with 5/8"expansion anchors, but the anchors were spaced too far
apart.
t/2" x 3" Titen anchors are to be added to ledger so that a 5/8" expansion anchor or t/2" Titen
anchors are provided 24" on center.
With the addition of these anchors, I approve of floor framing and hereby certify that installation
meets requirements of Florida Building Code 2020.
