DEAR BUILDING OFFICIAL:
I, Carlos Lanza, authorize and approve the following change to the concrete beam
designated (B-7) on the second floor tie beam plans from a 12"x24" concrete beam to a
12"x16" concrete beam. The steel reinforcing will remain the same consisting of 4#7 bo om,
4#6 top  stirrups @
6" O.C. This document is being prepared in accordance and in compliance St. Lucie County
Building Department as per the inspector's request as an as-built certification at the time of
the tie beam inspection for the above reference structure.
