Certification of Inspection Revision per SLCBD—After The Fact Garage

Dear St. Lucie County Building Official:
Please be advised that Benchmark Engineering has approved the following inspections at the
aforementioned location and herby certifies that the construction is in substantial compliance
with FBC2020 and plans produced by Benchmark Engineering. Inspection dates and field notes
are provided and attached hereto. Inspection services by Benchmark Engineering are limited to
specific inspection requirements as defined by SLCBD and construction plans produced by
Benchmark Engineering. Voluminous photos were obtained from the owner during construction
and also taken during the inspections. Photos shall be retained at Benchmark Engineering.
Clarified inspection 116 (denote quantity of rebar) & 141 (specify wall insulation) are bolded in
the inspection chart attached for easy reference.
