Please be advised that Architectonic Inc. performed an onsite inspection on February 1, 2022
and found the ADA accessible counter and restroom signage was n'ot in accordance with the
permit approved plans. Architectonic Inc. reinspected the aforementioned items on February
16, 2022 and hereby certify that the work was completed is in accordance with the permit
approved plans as well as the 2020 Florida Building Code.
