Please be advised that I performed an onsite inspection on February 1, 2022 and on February
16, 2022 and hereby certify the following inspections and work was completed is in'accordance
with the permit approved plans as well as the 2020 Florida Building Code.
1. - Construction rough framing (stud finder to determine spacing)
2. Fire Penetrations-(no penetrations in fire wall)
3. Firewall (no fire walls where constructed)
4. Electrical Rough (removal of outlet)
5. Mechanical Rough (looked above ceiling)
6. Plumbing Rough (no plumbing was added)
7. Fire Department-Fire Wall (no fire walls where constructed)
S. Drywall (removed outlet and used stud finder to locate screws)
9. Handicap Restrooms (compared to ADA Details)
10. Handicap Approach (measured clearances)
11. Electrical Final (tested outlets)
12. Mechanical Final (tested HVAC system)
