Comprehensive engineering reports on the individual components and the complete structure. .The Life Saver Pool Fence is 4' high and 15' long with poles spaced every 3: ..The Poles are made ofT-6 aircraft grade aluminum with a X reinforcement though the pole. Our mesh fabric meets or exceeds all ASTM standards. L. One end of the barrier is attached in such a manner that a tool must be required to remove it. ..The the barrier must be installed no less than 20"from thewaters edge. 'I. An independent engineering company tested the structural integrity of our assembled fence sections. It has met ►r exceeded all appropriate ASTM standards, ASTM D5034, and is in compliance with Florida Building Code tesidential Edition R4501.17.1.15 '. ASTM F2286-5 Para 4.12 directs that screws be placed no more than 6"apart. The screws holding our moldings to he poles are placed at 51/2"apartfor durability. 48" 36" 36" 36" 36" 36" P Our mesh is edged with a two inch piece of marine quality binding, and sewn with a marine quality thread. The mesh is fastened to the poles using a piece of molding that is 49`: Poles are to be set in non conductive sleeves approx. 4" into the deck. Each section is set two to three inches apart. Life Saver Pool Fence Systems ® does not have any gaps, openings, indentations, protrusions, or structural components that could allow a young child to crawl -under, squeeze through;•-orclimb•over•the•barrier. 0&exclusive Perma Locking System will not allow the barrier to be removed without the aid of tools. Life Saver Pool fence is manufactured and installed in compliance with the Florida Building Code R4101.17.1.1 through R4101.17.1.14 and the Florida Statute 515.29. System: Tension based system utilizing a series of 15 foot sections of fence with inserts for mounting in non -conducting polypropylene sleeves core drilled 4 inches deep into a concrete deck or other substantial surface, connected in series at the top with our exclusive 21/2 inch. Perma Loduug System. Construction: Mesh: Polyester mesh fabric with a mildew resistant polyvinyl coating to provide for years of use in direct sunlight Continuous basket weave with a tensile strength rating of 270 lbs. Per inch making it impossible to rip under normal use. Color selection is black white or green. Available in 48 or 60 inch heights. Bordered on all four sides by a reinforced vinyl material with a rating of 387 lbs. To preveiat sagging and provide the necessary tension to insure the fence's integrity for its intended purpose both at the top and bottom. The mesh is pre mounted on aluminum support poles and secured by aluminum cove molding strips_ Poles: Poles are constructed of marine grade aluminum, black, white or green powder coated or silver finish: Pole spacing is at 36 inches. Stainless steel screws (14) are utilized for securely attaching the aluminum cove molding to the poles and mesh. Surface of the poles are finished for handling and to prevent injuries from physical contact. The poles are capped to provide a neat finished appearance.
