7. Building Permit Sub -Contractor Agreement (no change from original
submission)
8. Owner/Builder Affidavit Disclosure Statement (no change from original
submission)
9. Detailed drawings of renovation work in Kitchen, Guest Bath, Master
Bedroom and Master Bath (no change from original submission)
10. Complete list of fixtures and materials (tile, granite, etc). (no change from
original submission)
For your convenience all aspects of the original submission are included as well as
the new floor plan and responses to your comments,
