REVISION TO ADDRESS BE COMMENTS BELOW.:
1. REVISED ENERGY CALC'S
The solar heat gain and u-factor on the Energy Calc's are still incorrect. The documents
from Gunn's Quality Glass shows the correct SHGC and U-factor. The person doing the
energy calc's needs to see the document from Gunn's Quality Glass to input the correct
information on the energy calc's.
2. 3,4,5,6, and 8 have to do with the product approvals. If you are submitting product
approvals in lue of a product review affidavit, the complete product approvals to include
the cover sheet with the list highlighted showing which product is being used, the
product approval with the design pressures and attachment method highlighted. The
product approvals need to be submitted in duplicate. If the number ends with a number
like R-2, R3 etc. that are revision numbers, the product approval number must end with
a decimal and a number for the specific product, Example (0000.0).
3. TYPO IS CORRECTED
Line 7 has to do with the concrete PSI. The plans show different PSI throughout.
4. REVISED SURVEY AND ELEVATION CERTIFICATE.
