We completed the research requested and have determined that the referenced property,
described as Lot 3, Block A, Country Living Estates is a nonconforming lot of record. The
lot is nonconforming because it does not meet the minimum lot size, 217,800 square feet, a
requirement in Agricultural — 5 zoning district. However, as a nonconforming lot of record
this requirement is waived and a single family dwelling may be constructed subject to
meeting all other applicable building and zoning codes.
