Owner and Hammer Roofing & Restoration, Inc have the right to cancel this contract within three business days without penalty. Beyond this time the contract is considered to have commenced and cannot be cancelled except by mutual written agreement of the parties. Failure to make payment pursuant to this contract shall be considered a breach of this contract and collection of any monies owed. if any provision of this contract should be held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed stricken and the entire remainder of this contract shall remain in full force and effect. The company will take all reasonable precautions to protect the gutters during the roofing project. If not replaced customer understands that the, company cannot be held responsible if damages incur to the gutters during the roofing process. Hammer roofing will protect driveway/pavers to the best of our ability. Customer understands company is not responsible for cracks in driveway/pavers during roofing process due to soil erosion.
