SOD TO BE LAID WITHIN THREE (3) DAYS OF FINAL GRADING IN PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY. 8. ENTIRE SIDEWALK SLAB BETWEEN CONTRACTION/EXPANSIONS JOINTS SHALL BE RECONSTRUCTED WHEN " RESTORING EXISTING SIDEWALKS. 9.
