Please be reminded of the Nettles Island Rules and Regulations, Article 10.1 a, which specifically states; "Nothing may be affixed, attached, over, or bear weight, in any m,ay, on the sectivall. and cap, except conduits for ivater and electric may extend over- the seawall to a Unit Oivner's dock or boat lift and must not be affixed to the seawall or cap. " Please adhere to all waterfront property usage rules and regulations and present copies of permits to the condo office prior to construction. Any further modifications must be submitted to condo office for approval. All Architectural approvals issued by Nettles Island are valid for six (6) months. If additional time is needed, owners must submit supporting documentation to request an additional six (6) months. By approving the plans and specifications, neither the Architechii al Committee or• the members thereof, the Association, the Board, its employees and representatives assumes any liability or responsibility therefore, or for any defect in any structure constructed there from, and said persons fiirther specifically exclude from such approval any implied ~warranty of merchantability and fitness for any purpose.
